Convenience of location near the exit to toll. Lotus's and 7E was walking disctance. There was a lift so that made it easier for us as we have a toddler. Also very clean and comfy. A/c nice and cold. Room size was just nice. There was even complimentary coffee and water. We left very early in the morning and there was someone to assist us at the front desk.

Location is strategic, nearby got restaurants, bank , lotus’s and easy access to nearby tourist attractions. Staff is very friendly and good. Parking is also available at the property. They provide lift to access first and second floor. We had a good stay overall.

Overall everything was good, love the water heater and had a good bath hahaha like raining in the shower. Clean bathroom.The aircon was not so cool even though the temperature was high maybe due to the weather. Overall the place is very clean and neat. There are lots of restaurants nearby chinese, mamak and thai food. Every destination we make from the hotel takes within 30mins drive. Will book this hotel in future visits.thanks.

Strategic location. Comfy at a reasonable price. The front desk staff is friendly. Food wise, near to a nasi kandar restaurant that opens early in the morning. Near Lotus Bercham, walking distance.

The room, unfortunately, lacked soundproofing, resulting in complaints about noise in the middle of the night, particularly notable as we arrived late due to traffic congestion. However, it was impeccably clean and remarkably comfortable. The availability of a lift to transport our luggage was a definite plus. The reception staff were exceedingly pleasant and provided a wealth of helpful information. We would gladly return for another stay in Ipoh if the need arises.

Quiet surroundings. Easy public parking. Hotel room very clean and hotel quite new. Aircon, water pressure very good. Room quite spacious. Lotus's just across the road. If you have phobia, choose deluxe rooms which have windows. The hotel has an elevator which is excellent.
